Was a regular here before the change of name, but glad they still offer some of the same drinks using same recipe. Friendly staff, will continue to come and plan to try snow desserts next time

This is an interesting Asian dessert café where they serve Korean binsu or shaved ice plus a variety of bubble tea and beverages. There are some tables but lots of people do takeouts too. We came here as a group of 6 and ordered bubble teas, 1 binsu and 2 baked Asian egg cakes. The service was amazing as the staff tried customizing the sweetness level my friend liked for her Binsu. However, it took like 20 mins for all our orders to be ready for takeout. My suspicion is that they only have 1 egg cake grill and that was why it took a long time. The Binsu, which I did not get to try, was mediocre according to my friend.

This place just opened not too long ago and it's my togo dessert place! When we came in a middle eastern guy greeted us and he told us he was friends with the owner. My bestfriend got the green tea bingsu and I got the strawberry bingsu! He told me to watch him make it and he first put a layer of snow then condense milk and a few pieces of strawberries and then snow and he did the same up to three layers! Topped with strawberries and vanilla ice cream it was delicious! The guy made it for us and he knew how much syrup to put. The strawberries that got layered ended up being frozen after which is my favorite. The strawberries are never sour just perfect. The next time I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered the mango bingsu. This time a lady made it for us and she went wayyyy overboard with the mango syrup. Still very yummy though. Yesterday I went with my bestfriend again to try another bingsu since there's so many choices. We got strawberry cheesecake. It wasn't my favorite because of the cheesecake it wasn't cheesy enough for me and the bottom crust was way too soft and didn't taste real. Overall I love this place and will forever get the strawberry bingsu!
